Will has been working across weddings, private events, corporate functions and festivals since 2013. After years of residencies and large-scale event work throughout southern NSW, the focus shifted exclusively to weddings and private events — allowing for a more refined, detail-driven and personalised experience.
Today, Encore Entertainment performs at dozens of weddings each year, alongside private and corporate events, with a strong emphasis on quality, preparation and consistency.

Yes. Wedding reception MC services are available as an enhancement to our DJ packages.
Our MC style is calm, polished and structured — focused on flow, clarity and timing rather than comedy or theatrics. We work closely with you in the lead-up to ensure announcements, formalities and transitions feel natural and well paced.
Yes. All packages include two professional wireless handheld microphones.
These are provided for speeches and MC use to ensure clear, reliable audio throughout the event

Absolutely.
We regularly travel for weddings and events throughout regional NSW and beyond, including destination weddings. If your celebration is outside our local area, we’ll simply factor travel and logistics into your proposal.
Yes.
Public holiday dates and long weekends attract public holiday rates. These apply to all base packages, additional hours, labour components and MC services.
For clarity:
- Public holiday rates apply across the entire long weekend (Thursday–Monday inclusive)
- Rates apply to all NSW public holidays
- If your Event falls on a public holiday specific to another state or territory, public holiday rates will also apply if the event is in that state or territory
For certain venues — particularly outdoor, property or regional locations — additional infrastructure may be required behind the scenes.
We have the in-house capability to support events with items such as event power, lighting enhancements and specialised equipment when needed. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis and only recommended where it genuinely adds value or avoids complications.

YES — absolutely.
Encore Entertainment operates full time within the business, which means weekday and mid-week events are easily accommodated. Whether it’s a Thursday celebration, a Friday corporate event, or a mid-week private function, our availability and planning process remain the same.ption

To get started, simply submit an enquiry through our website.
Once availability is confirmed, a 30% booking fee is required to secure your date. This is calculated based on your selected base package. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
We follow a structured, low-stress planning process designed to keep things simple and organised.
Booking & Setup
- Most couples book 6–18 months in advance
- Once your booking fee is received, you’ll receive access to our planning portal and VIP website access to begin planning
Planning Phase
- We’ll reach out 2–6 months before your wedding to arrange a planning meeting
- Meetings typically take place 4–8 weeks before the wedding
- For destination or out-of-area weddings, meetings can be held via video call
Final Check-In
- Around 14 days before your wedding, we’ll confirm final details
- Planning portal locks at this point while we prepare your event
Wedding Day
- We’ll check in with you on the day to ensure everything is running smoothly and according to plan

All critical equipment we supply has backups available on-site. In addition, through our broader operations under Encore Solutions, we maintain a substantial inventory of professional audio, lighting and event equipment that can be drawn upon if ever required.
Yes — and this is an area where we’re particularly well experienced.
We regularly work at outdoor spaces, winery’s and regional venues where infrastructure may be limited. When required, we can support events with discreet event power solutions, additional lighting and technical planning to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If your venue has unique considerations, we’ll identify them early and guide you through the best approach — often simplifying things rather than adding complexity.
